Grand Dunman showflat is situated next to our actual project site, at Dunman Road. It is only two minutes’ walk from Dakota MRT Station (CC 8), Circle Line.

For those traveling from the East-West Line to our showflat, you can alight at Paya Lebar Interchange and switch to Circle line, which is only one station away.

For those who intend to drive, the two nearest expressways are Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP). You can exit from Paya Lebar Road or Tanjong Katong Road, depending on which expressways you are using, to reach our Grand Dunman showroom at Dunman Road.

Due to the restricted land size of the showflat, parking lots are limited and can be full during weekends. You can arrange for alternate parking near our showroom at Dakota Crescent. Therefore, we seek your understanding in this matter.

Our Grand Dunman showroom operates daily from 10am to 6pm. However, please note that ever since the pandemic, the management no longer allows walk-in. The reason is firstly due to better crowd management. Secondly, there is no longer duty personnel standing by on site.

Hence, all interested parties are required to make an appointment one day in advance. You can either opt to fill up our online form and state down your preferred date and time. One of our appointed salesperson will call you in less than an ho ur to confirm you appointment.
